When you describe the problem, be sure to mention your device, iOS version, and app version such as:

  • 12.9" iPad Pro (6th generation)
  • iPadOS version 17.6.1
  • Jolly Lights Pro version 2.0

You can find the iOS version by launching your iPad's "Settings" app, then tap "About". "Version" is roughly halfway down the list.

The app version is displayed on the About screen, which is accessible from the Jolly Lights Pro main menu.
